Base Notes: Cedar, Sandal, Guaiac Wood, Vetiver, Musk

Elements and Note Layers:

Top notes create the first impression and are usually the most volatile, evaporating within about 15 minutes. The top notes in this fragrance include yuzu fruit which is citrusy, bergamot which is spicy, lemon providing a clean smell with a touch of sweetness, and tarragon bringing in slight balsamic undertones.

After the top note clears, the heart or middle notes are typically more mellow and longer-lasting. These play a contributing factor in the perfume's body. It contains nutmeg, a warm and spicy scent, Water lily and lily of the valley delivering a fresh and clean floral scent, Reseda contributing to the green and grassy note.

The base notes are the final fragrance notes that become apparent once the top notes are completely evaporated. The scent from the base notes lasts the longest, which often creates a memory associated with the perfume. In this case, they include Cedar a woody scent, Sandal which is a warm balsamic note, Guaiac wood providing a sweeter and smokey scent, Vetiver making up a grassy note with a hint of lemon, and Musk, a highly used base note giving a powdery and woody scent.
